Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to bookings at Sea Pearl Guest House (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment:
- A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total cost of your stay or full payment.
- Payment can be made via Cash, Credit/Debit card, UPI, Bank Transfer.
2. Cancellation Policies:
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival.
- If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged total price of the reservation.
3. Refunds for Early Departure:
- No refunds will be given for early departures unless due to circumstances beyond the guest's control and agreed upon by the management. In such cases, the refund amount will be at the discretion of the management.
4. Refunds Due to Force Majeure:
- In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics), we will offer the following options:
- Postponement of the booking to a future date, subject to availability.
- A full refund of the amount paid.
5. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within Seapearl business days of receiving the cancellation request and confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible. If this is not possible, an alternative method will be agreed upon.
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Certain promotional offers or special rates may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
7. Disputes:
- Any disputes regarding refunds should be brought to the attention of the management in writing within Seapearl days of the scheduled departure date. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.
8. Changes to this Refund Policy:
- We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
